Dylan Pace, Owner

Dylan founded Crestview Roofing Co Miami in 2000, and he still walks roofs in Coral Gables, Kendall, and Hialeah most weeks. He’s the one who answers when a homeowner calls with a question about a quote or wants to talk through why a repair is scoped the way it is. Dylan learned roofing the old way, working under a crew lead in Tampa before moving south, and he still believes the best customer is one who has seen the problem with their own eyes. That’s the thinking behind The Relay Visibility Guarantee and the before-and-after photos on every job. Outside of work, Dylan spends weekends fishing off Key Biscayne and claims he can tell the barometric pressure from how the tarpon are biting.

Marcos R., Lead Technician

Marcos has 14 years of residential and light commercial roofing experience, the last six of them with Crestview in Miami. He’s certified to install GAF and CertainTeed systems, and he’s the guy we send when a roof has multiple leaks and the source isn’t obvious. Marcos has a habit of stripping back shingles until he finds the actual water path, not just the stain on the ceiling. He keeps a logbook of Miami weather patterns and cross-references it with call notes to predict which neighborhoods will see flashing failures after a sustained dry spell followed by heavy rain. Every customer he works with gets his direct line for the duration of the job.
